Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz has been closely monitoring the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s updates and recommendations regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

After careful consideration, effective Monday, March 16, we have decided to physically close all of our offices to outside visitors for the foreseeable future. All in-office appointments are postponed until further notice.

We have no known reports of infection among our staff. We are voluntarily taking this step out of an abundance of caution to minimize the risk of infection to any of our team or clients during the outbreak.

Our accountants and staff will continue to work at our offices, with no interruption of service to our clients. We understand how important it is for your tax information to remain safe and secure and have a number of options to maintain service.

Clients are encouraged to use our electronic technology system, Sharefile, to upload, download or share all necessary files related to their tax return. If you do not have a Sharefile account, please reach out directly to your accountant and he or she can help you set one up. Clients can also mail, fax or email necessary documents to the offices, but WILL NOT be permitted to deliver them in person. Those who come to the office will be turned away.

If you have any questions about your specific filing or account, you may continue to reach our accountants and staff at their regular office number and email.
