MEDIA, PA (December 23, 2024) – This holiday season, Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz LLC embodied the spirit of giving by supporting their community and celebrating their team. The firm adopted a family from Drexel Neumann Academy and two families from Home of the Sparrow, providing gifts and essentials to make their holidays brighter. Drexel Neumann Academy is a Catholic elementary school open to students who live in the City of Chester. Home of the Sparrow supports women and children facing homelessness in Chester County. 

Partner Peter Barsz, who serves on the board of Drexel Neumann Academy, and Marketing Director Alaina Kearney personally delivered the gifts, where they toured the school and spoke with students about careers in accounting and marketing. Bookkeeper Melissa Nagy delivered gifts to Home of the Sparrow, further extending the firm’s hands-on commitment to helping families in need this holiday season.

In addition to these efforts, the firm donated baby essentials to Baby Colin & Little Peter Helping Families. This organization supports families who have experienced infant loss and babies born prematurely who have an extended stay in Philadelphia area NICUs. This cause is particularly meaningful to Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz, as the organization’s founders are family members of Senior Tax Accountant William Faulkner.

The season of giving wasn’t limited to community outreach. Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz also brought holiday cheer to their team with a festive lunch and gift exchange at their Media office. The celebrations culminated in a holiday dinner and evening of dancing at Anthony’s Ristorante in Springfield.
