Our Municipal Services Group has been providing treasury, bookkeeping, accounting, financial consulting, and real estate tax collection support services to cities, townships, and boroughs across the Delaware Valley for over 12 years. To date, we have assisted over 25 municipalities in Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Berks Counties.

Our team is well versed in the preparation and filing requirements of the state and the federal forms that must be filed throughout the year including:

  • Federal Form FHWA 536 – Local Highway Finance Report
  • Federal Form 1099-NEC- Nonemployee Compensation
  • PA Form DCED-CLGS-2565 – Municipal Tax Information Form
  • PA Form DCED-CLGS-19 – Municipal Report of Elected and Appointed Officials
  • PA Form MS-965 – Actual Use Report of State Funds
  • PA DCED Statement of Financial Condition
  • PA Form 706B – Receipt and Distribution of Foreign Fire Insurance Premium Tax
  • PA Act 44 Disclosure Form
  • DCED Tax Collectors Monthly Report to Taxing Districts

On an annual basis, municipalities are required to prepare and file the following documents:

  • Annual Budget Preparation (all funds)
  • Annual Minimum Municipal Obligation (“MMO”)
  • Clean up and review the general ledger prior to a financial audit and preparation of PA Form DCED-CLGS-30, and assisting the auditors with schedule preparation, document retrieval, etc.
