SafeSend Returns

As of January 1, 2023, BGA&F uses SafeSend Returns to digitally send engagement letters, tax organizers, and tax packages. You can virtually sign your engagement letter and e-file authorization forms, access vouchers, and even pay your bill – securely, without the need for a printer or scanner, and from the comfort of your home! This program allows you access to your returns whenever you need them for up to seven years. We will still send paper returns by request.

Documentation Deadline

For us to file your tax return promptly, we need all your tax documentation by March 15, 2023. We will need to file an extension for you if we receive your documents after March 15, 2023.

We encourage you to upload your documents to your Citrix ShareFile client portal OR as you complete your tax organizer through SafeSend Returns.

You can still drop off your documents, send them to us using a secure file upload link from your accountant, mail them to our Media or Chadds Ford offices, or fax them to us. 

Appointments

BGA&F is taking in-person and virtual appointments. Please schedule your tax appointment as soon as possible, as our calendars are filling up quickly. Remember that we are open for appointments on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
