Media, PA (March 15, 2023) – Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz (BGA&F), a full-service accounting firm with offices in Delaware and Chester counties, partnered with Share Food Program, the leading food bank in the Philadelphia region, to provide non-perishable items during their March food drive.
Share Food Program is the leading hunger-relief provider in Delaware County and the largest independent food bank in the country. Within the last year, the organization has seen a 70% increase in people requesting their services.
“We’re grateful to the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce for alerting members of Share Food Program’s food drive. We hope other businesses will join us, not just this month, but anytime during the year, to support our neighbors,” said William (Bill) B. Gowie Jr., CPA, MT, Managing Partner.
BGA&F is the only accounting firm in Delaware County to participate in the food drive and the first of 34 participating businesses to fill a 20-gallon barrel with food.
The Firm is collecting items from staff, clients, and members of the public until Friday, March 31st, during business hours in their Media office.
