Following Governor Wolf’s order last night, effective immediately, we have PHYSICALLY CLOSED all of our offices to both staff and outside visitors. We are not permitting anyone to enter our offices at this time.
Please be assured that Barsz Gowie Amon & Fultz is fully operational as a remote business. While all of our employees are now working remotely, our clients can reach our staff the same way as always – by phone or by email.
Clients are encouraged to reach out directly to their accountant to securely share all necessary files related to their tax return. Tax documentation can be mailed to our offices, as well. We are also offering conference calls as an alternative to in-person meetings. Our ability to manage your tax returns remains the same.
Additionally, the IRS just announced it is extending the tax-payment and filing deadline to July 15. Please don’t hesitate to contact your accountant with any questions or concerns. We will keep you updated as the IRS clarifies the details in the coming days.
We hope that you and your family remain healthy and safe throughout this global health challenge.
Please contact us with any questions you may have.
