Barsz, CPA, CGMA was appointed Treasurer of Parkesburg Borough on May 18, 2020, following the announced retirement of the Borough’s Secretary and Treasurer, Wendy Keegan.
Barsz and his assistant, Amanda Gattuso, began their financial duties for the Borough on June 8, 2020. He and BGA&F now represent five municipalities as Treasurer in Delaware and Chester counties, in addition to providing financial assistance and general consulting services to numerous other municipalities within the Delaware Valley.
