Senior Tax Accountant

The Senior Tax Accountant must have 3-5 years’ experience preparing Corporate, Partnership and Personal tax returns as well as experience in tax planning for clients. CPA required. Duties include: Assist partners with servicing of client accounts; prepare tax returns (Form 1120S, 1120, 1065, and 1040); compile financial statements; prepare general ledger entries to close out client books for tax return; provide tax planning and consulting advice to clients; prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns. Skill requirements include accounting, deadline-oriented, time management, attention to detail, confidentiality, PC proficiency, productivity, verbal communications, general math skills, experience with Quickbooks and tax preparation software such as Ultra tax.

Audit Supervisor

The audit supervisor is responsible for managing engagements, audit planning, preparing audit documentation, supervising staff auditors, and audit documentation review. Candidate should have a B.S in accounting; 4-5+ years of public accounting or audit experience; CPA certification; strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and co-workers; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management and analytical skills. Compensation based on experience. Excellent benefits package. Virtually no overnight travel.

Accountant / Tax Return Reviewer – Preparer

The position will be responsible for the preparation and or review of Federal, State, Local Corporate, Partnership and Individual tax returns; preparation and/or review of work papers; and tax research. Knowledge of Quick Books a plus. We require a CPA certification or CPA candidate with more than 2 years’ experience, and strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and co-workers. Compensation based on experience. Excellent benefits. Virtually no overnight travel.
