Our municipal services group has collected real estate taxes for over eight years. We currently service Upper Providence Township, Delaware County and Lower Chichester Township, Delaware County. In addition, we provide consulting services to tax collectors across the state. 

Services provided:

• Setup bank accounts and lockbox collection sites
• Purchase and utilize tax collection software
• Handle real estate tax bills – ensuring the bills are accurate, mailed out timely, and that the taxes received are deposited and applied correctly
• Prepare timely bank transfers
• Create and submit monthly tax collection detail reports to the municipal client governing body
• Year-end processing and reporting.
• Submit unpaid folios to the Tax Claim Bureau, or collection agency of choice, for collection
• Serve as the main point of contact for tax certifications and resident inquires
