Barsz Gowie Amon and Fultz Certified Public Accountants (BarszGowie) accept credit card payments located at BarszGowie.com where you may make payment to invoices for services rendered.

These terms apply only to the payment process and do not supplant or supersede any terms or conditions outlined in any separate separate services agreement between you and BarszGowie.

1. Information and Data: Information you provide to BarszGowie during the payment process, such as an e-mail address, is confidential.  BarszGowie will not sell your information to 3^rd parties.

2. Class Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, each of the parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, whether in arbitration or in court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim or dispute proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, each party knowingly and irrevocably waives any right to trial by jury in any action, proceeding or counterfeit claim out of or relating to these Terms of Use or any of the transactions contemplated between the parties.

3. Applicable Law: The laws of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania USA shall govern these Terms of Use. Any dispute shall be adjudicated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the county of Delaware.

4. Refunds/Returns/Cancellations/Deliveries: Payments made here are applied to invoices for services rendered. There are no refunds. There are no returns since no goods were sold. There are no cancellations since there are no orders. Deliveries of any documents may be electronic, UPS, USPS, Federal Express, courier, or picked up from our offices by you.
